About

Emi is the Founder and CEO of the African Immigrant Mediation & Restorative Justice Initiative Inc. (AIMRJI), now called Aim… Aim is a combination of NPO (Non-Profit Organizations) support services ranging from the market study (market research), the creation, the board set up or governance, operations, strategic planning, to program designing and planning using a for-profit business planning approach. We also facilitate conversations or communication through Professional multilingual Mediation and Translation Services.

Our Mandate

AIMRJI’s goal is to successfully walk you through the entanglements of the NPO’s creation and development process. Helping you to reach your own goals through empowerment, education and facilitation, be it at the organizational, policy or operational levels is our daily tasks. This is our contribution in building stronger communities and preventing the escalation of disputes or conflicts of all kinds.

Restorative Dialogues

We all need to get back to our emotions after a conflict or a crisis. Having that conversation is so important for many people to move on, and pass that irritation or resentment that usually holds us back. We are here to assist you and get you back on track!

Group Dynamics

We tackle space, communication, and leadership concerns, or just how to deal with difficult members within a group, Staff or Board of directors. Sometimes, groups, teams or organizations at some point can experience conflict or communication concerns or issues that can divide them and lead the organization or group to collapse

Family Mediation

When families find themselves torn apart, and for some, completely broken, we are here to listen and support you through that time. We safely combine an ancient African-based-approach and a scientific method to spare you from lengthy and costly legal processes.

Workplace Mediation

Working environments, nowadays, are more and more toxic. And this takes a toll on people's mental health with serious effects in their social life. No worries! We are here to help you safely have that conversation and clear the air. There's no loser or winner. We all win or lose!

Handling bias and stereotypes-based decisions in schools

We facilitate conversations or communication between school authorities and parents in matters involving students from different ethnicities (races), so that school authorities can take decisions based on facts and not allegations or stereotypes.
